  I’ve been a loyal HP customer for years, but the HP DeskJet 4255e has been a complete letdown.
  While I received Instant Ink as a free trial on this machine, I’ve been a paying subscriber for my second HP printer—a model that’s cheaper, more reliable, and equipped with a touchscreen, unlike this one, which forces me to use the frustrating HP Smart program just to complete basic tasks.
  Despite barely using the 4255e, it still managed to be defective, and dealing with HP customer service was a nightmare. Their lack of support made it clear that they don't prioritize customer satisfaction.
  This experience has convinced me to cancel my Instant Ink subscription and switch to a brand that delivers quality and functionality without the hassle.
  If you’re considering the HP DeskJet 4255e, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
