  Excellent for using either a reflected flash or directly through a softbox. Versatile! It is pretty hefty, but sturdy. My only complain is that there is no lock for the umbrella holder, so if your umbrella has a tiny stem, think of creative ways to make the diameter a bit bigger so the fit is more snug in there. Thumb tack works, but it is not the cleanest option.
