I like this fan. It鈥檚 unique design is quite good certainly in small rooms. But it鈥檚 way too pricey. A $20 fan can do almost as much as this one. It is not noiseless. After the level 5 setting going all the way to 10, things get noisy. The built-in thermometer accuracy is questionable. The tracking of the local weather is questionable. The app is ok but it鈥檚 sorta wonky. If you place the Dyson under 鈥榓uto鈥 it often doesn鈥檛 do anything since it reads that the air in the room is good. It just stays on stand-by and waits for the air to get bad. And if it鈥檚 on auto and oscillating mode the fan will move back and forth but with no air blowing. It鈥檚 very funny to see. I specifically bought it so I can have a 鈥榥oiseless鈥 fan while sleeping and for this it鈥檚 great (not on auto mode) but Dyson recommends not leaving it on all night. I鈥檓 like what鈥檚 the point of it if not to keep things cool at night for a good duration of time? The set-up was easy and the quality is there but its performance isn鈥檛 amazing certainly at $800. It鈥檚 worth $250.
