It's ok for the money. Suction is not great, but with the rotating brush head it sweeps up a fair bit of dust and fibre, quickly filling the transparent cup. It should be emptied outdoors to avoid dust escaping, but that's typical of other similar units.
The wheeled brush head is flexible and easy to maneuver, but doesn't pick up debris well at the edges.
The On/Off switch toggles through low speed, high speed and Off settings, and on the lower speed setting it automatically switches to high speed when it senses resistance, although the switching is a bit erratic.
The detachable top makes a decent handheld vac, let down a bit by the lack of accessories. It has a crevice tool, but no fabric brush tool or extension pipe for example, which I find really useful with other handheld vacs.
Battery run time and charge time is not great. Maybe it gets close to 40 minutes run time at low speed on bare floors, but 25 minutes on a mix of floors is more like the reasonable max. And it takes more than 4 hours to recharge fully.2 people found this helpfulReport PermalinkHelpful
