- Reviewed in Canada on April 15, 2025The mop head is too small, often flipping onto the red plastic retainer and clumping into an ineffective mess. This requires constant repositioning to ensure the mop spreads evenly and cleans properly. That said, once correctly positioned, it does a good job of cleaning.
I opted to mix a cleaning solution in the clean water tank for improved grime removal. Relying solely on water, as recommended, likely wouldn’t achieve the same level of cleanliness.
However, the dirty water tank fills up and pushes the clean water tank upward, causing it to float on the dirty water beneath. There’s no separation between the bottom of the clean water tank and the dirty water, meaning they come into direct contact. Consequently, when removing the clean water tank to empty the dirty water, the base of the clean tank inevitably dirties the surface it’s placed on.
