  I have been taking these since I found out I was pregnant, then continued while breastfeeding & still taking as I want to get pregnant again soon. I find they are flavorless. They are abit big but since they are a coated pill then taking a sip of water with it, makes it go down pretty easy with no problem. I wish they were abit cheaper. But I find �鶹�� has the best deal with the ability to add them to S&S & use �鶹�� coupons too. I would recommend to anyone. Other prenatal vitamins I tried I felt funny the next day. Found out it was cause of the amt of certain vitamins or minerals in that pill. With these tho, I haven't found any negative side effects. I do take one every night before bed which helps too.
