  I’ve mounted many TVs professionally and this unit does the job. It mounts easily on 24" studs without extra framing. I’m not sure why the bracket is shipped in 2 pieces, I would have preferred it to be one sturdy piece, but it seems to hold up fine. Also DO NOT rely on the provided level as it’s too small. I used a bigger professional level with magnet. If you use the provided level you are almost guaranteed to be off square. Lastly make sure you tighten the provided bolts using a wrench instead a cross screwdriver as it might damage the bolts.
  The corded latches is a nice added feature for easily removal. All in all I recommend this TV mount but make sure you are using professional tools and have some basic construction knowledge.
