  the camera is working great for me. The picture is very clear. I will have to check what is like when I download some of the recordings. One problem I had was with the length of the wire from the fuse box from the left front kick panel to the right side of the mirror on the front windshield. ( 23 Toyota Venza) I purchased the redtiger hard wiring kit. I ended up installing it on the left side of the mirror. They offered to send me a larger cable I declined. it is not bad on the left side as the camera is small enough and looks fine without interfering the driver's view.
  The size of wiring that comes with the camera is long enough to a power source in the center console.
  
  I am happy enough I purchased the same camera for my Rav4 also.
  Customer service is really good. It makes me feel that they care about their product and the purchaser.
