  Upon opening the case all the pieces were thrown around inside. We used it and it didn't work. Checked it out and a couple o-rings were not placed properly. Tried to get them properly placed but still wouldn't work.
  We returned the product and got a refund promptly. After submitting my review the company contacted me right away to fix the situation any way possible. Great customer service.
