  I have this set up to pair two Echo 2nd gen devices (speakers) to a 4K Firestick connected to a 4K Dell monitor, as 2nd gen aren't compatible to pair directly. It works great, with no lag between the two, and it saves me having to buy 2 newer gen devices. One of very few BT adapters that can pair 2 BT devices at the same time, and none at this price level. One thing to note is that the pairing is stereo to each device, not a left/right channel split for the one and for the other one. The Echos are mono only (with sound enhancement), but that's not really an issue for the setup I have. I was more interested in the excellent bass.
