  My hair was extremely damaged and I was dealing with a lot of hair loss as well. These vitamins made my hair stop falling out and now I even have baby hairs growing everywhere that I did not have before. However, keep in mind you might need a few months of taking these before you see drastic results. After one month, my hair loss had reduced by I didn't notice any hair growth. Now that it has been about 5 months, my hair has grown so much and it is so healthy. Obviously, you need to maintain it with good hair products but it's nice to know that my hair is growing healthy and that I am not getting split ends.
