  Pretty much what others have said here. Very sturdy, easy to assemble and looks great on my desk. Having a tray for the cord tray is better than having to wrap the cord around the base of the stand like some stands, or leave it coiled up on the desk. The cord tray was a big selling point for me and my headphones fit on it securely. Overall I'm very happy with the stand.
