  love this, i use it all the time, the temperature is off a bit on the controller but its pretty close. i have to set it about 25F higher to get my probes inside the unit to read the set temperature. probably just has something to do with where the internal probe is located that regulates the temperature. Not a functional issue just something to be aware of.
