  I bought this griddle looking for a good non stick family sized griddle for making breakfast for the family. I've had it now for a few months and have used it often but I have learned a few things about it. First... It has a dip in the middle so things run into the middle (eggs, pancakes), second... The elements don't go into the middle so anything put in the middle will take longer to cook, third... It doesn't matter what you use (butter, coconut oil, avocado oil) if you're cooking eggs, they WILL stick to the surface. I tried everything, hot surface, cold surface, butter, oil, it makes no difference. At a price of over $100 Canadian it's NOT worth the money. I can't return it now, that window is gone so I'm stuck with it. Don't buy it!!
