  I wasn't sure what to expect because the cost of this is quite low. I was pleasantly surprised that it is actually decent quality. The steel isn't as strong as some other taps that I have used, but it's perfectly usable. A really nice selection, covering most of what you'd need both metric and SAE.
  
  My only quibble is that the tap wrench is really fiddly. I'm not sure if mine is defective, or it's just a bad design, but the little metal sliding grips keep falling out, and it won't stay tight. If I was going to use this a lot, I'd likely buy another wrench just to avoid this annoyance.
