  Hot end fan and part cooling fan wires were inverted. Cooling fan was always On and hot end fan was regulated by the slicer. When I first extruded a part, cooling at 25% this caused me a nozzle clogg and ruined a 20hrs print. I investigated all the printer to find this. I inverted the wires and now is working as it should.
