  I used this for rolling out shortbread and gingerbread cookies. Worked perfectly! No dough sticking to the rolling pin or counter which means that I can bake cookies without almost coming to tears when my patience runs out!! All the mess was inside the bag so less kitchen cleanup to perform after which is definitely a plus.
