  To be honest, I don’t know if it does anything, but I’ve bought it many times and continue adding it to my drinks. It mixes well, though it can leave a slight taste in some drinks. It’s best in hot chocolate or a protein shake, where the flavour blends in better.
  
  It’s the best collagen product I’ve used because it dissolves better than others I’ve tried, has no added sugar or artificial flavours, and is easy to incorporate into my routine.
