I experienced no sensitivity and noticed results immediately, even though my teeth were already relatively white. While deeper stains may require more lightening time, the effects are apparent right away.
I typically leave the strips on longer than the recommended 30 minutes, and my gums and teeth feel comfortable afterward.
Applying the strips is straightforward: the longer strip is for the upper teeth, and the shorter is for the lower ones. I've had issues with strong bleaching products making my teeth sensitive, but these strips did not cause any discomfort.
I also want to mention the price point, which made the decision to try this product an easy one. Overall, I am a happy customer and will purchase these strips again at this price.
