Customer Review

My houseplants enjoy the summer outside and come fall I prep them to come inside by transplanting if needed, trimming back any dead or overgrown areas and remove creepy crawlies with a mild dish soap diluted in water.
This past fall I鈥檇 thought I鈥檇 take the true gardener鈥檚 method and use this insecticidal soap.
First it鈥檚 toxic apparently? Gloves must be worn. Which is near impossible when you鈥檙e submerging plants in a giant tub of solution.
Second, it smells foul. Not only do you have withstand this smell while debugging your plants, it lingers after you鈥檝e rinsed and drained your plants and brought them into your house.
Third, this one bottle barely made up one batch of solution and I should have changed the solution at least once (maybe twice) in the process of soaking all 10-15 of my plants.
Fourth, I still have insects. I have gnats and who knows what else will emerge over the winter and into the spring.
Next year I鈥檒l go back to my tried and true method using dish soap. Not only has it been effective, it鈥檚 much more cost effective.
