  Love the swivelling head, wide steam coverage, ease of use, portability, and effectiveness. The only thing that would make this the perfect steam mop is having the ability to control the steam. You only have two options, low or high - both which are continuous steam - which sometimes makes the floor too wet. Would be better to be able to press for steam as needed. Otherwise, another great product from Bissell. I’ve had two Hoover steam mops which both stopped working within months of purchase - complete crap. I have otherwise had Bissell products and they have lasted years and worked very well. Highly recommend.
