    I first purchased this machine in Oct 2022, had it replaced under warranty earlier this year. The first unit used three times to polished three different projects, with the same outcome. The whole body of the polisher became so hot that when put it down my hand rested on the body under the handle and my hand was burnt. I was sent a new polisher and this one does the exact same thing. I used a thermal infrared thermometer to check how hot it could get. The starting room temp of the polisher was 22.7C and after only 2 min and 38 sec it went up to 54.1 C, that is crazy for a machine to get that hot after a short period of use, now the manufacturer says it’s not eligible for a refund as to much time has passed. I don’t care how much time has passed. I was burnt from their product and that was the response I received and now they want a video to prove it is doing what I say it is, so now the customer is wrong till he or she can prove otherwise. What happened to customer satisfaction. We live in a very sad time when it comes to the customer is right till proven they did something incorrect. I have never had to prove that an item I purchased, paid money to a company, that what they sold me is defective on its design. I already purchased a ( what I hope is a much more of a quality product. I will have to evaluate if purchasing from 鶹 is really worth my aggregation or should I just go to a local store and fight crowds.
