The bark came out very nice and crisp. We will try brisket next time. So far we’re happy with it. Got the cover and pellets with the order. We have a Napoleon BBQ so this model is perfect for our family of 5. With the 7lb pulled pork, it lasted us about 5 days. Highly recommend anyone looking for home made low and slow cooking meals.The media could not be loaded.
