    This is one of my best purchases. I have tried to make sauerkraut and naturally fermented pickles several times and each time my ferments grew mold within 3-4 days. I made my sauerkraut with the easy fermenter lid and left it out for 20 days. I used the pump to remove air every 3 days and NEVER got any mold at all. At day 20 the sauerkraut was were I wanted it and I replaced the lid with a storage lid and popped it in the fridge. So wish I had found these years ago. Cannot wait until harvest time when I will be able to make pickles and more.
