I got them mainly because I鈥檝e had trouble finding things that help my mood/mental health. It was basically a shot in the dark because so many products and services make claims but end up not being helpful. But these helped noticeably. I can鈥檛 guarantee that they鈥檇 help every person because we are all different, but they helped me. I have had bad depression (not able to get out of bed or enjoy things), as well as bad anxiety. These probiotics truly relieve these symptoms for me so that I can have a peaceful and enjoyable life. This is so meaningful to me because I felt truly debilitated before and the regular treatments weren鈥檛 helping.
Now there was an added bonus which also improved my life in a way I never anticipated. They really helped my digestion. I鈥檝e always been prone to bloating, constipation, diarrhea, lots of gas, you name it. One does of these pills and things changed. I鈥檓 not regular and have a regular amount of gas rather than being a non stop gas factory.
So for me the cost is worth it. If they didn鈥檛 help then I wouldn鈥檛 waste my money, but I do think it鈥檚 worth trying if you鈥檙e suffering.
