  The construction was superior to what I expected, it felt and behaved like a very well designed and built arm.
  
  Also the instruction book was well written with clear diagrams.
  
  I was very impressed.
  
  The only mistake, mine, was to not notice my monitor has its VESA plate quite high on the back. This meant the monitor was not able to go quite high enough. But the heavy duty C bracket was engineered to allow for a very thick desk, so I added a wooden block on top and gained height such that now I am able to use the arm to suspend one 27” monitor over another. Brilliant!
