  The humidifier I received had a critical manufacturing defect where the product wouldn't start. However, the customer service was prompt and quite professional. They immediately sent me a new replacement.
  
  It is by far the best humidifier I have ever owned. I totally recommend it. It doesn't make much noise and it quickly puts a lot of water into the air. This humidifier will also definitely help if you suffer from dry skin. Especially, in winter.
