  I ordered and received the Formuler Z11 Pro Max. At this point everything is fine, this device WORKS WONDERFULLY. My problem is the "Palm Remo mini keyboard" that comes with it. The "BACK" key does not work, I cannot correct the text I write. I don't know what to do to just exchange the keyboard for another one. Without the "BACK" key this keyboard is unusable
