  I installed this so I could use 3 sensors for a fridge freezer and 2 chest freezers.
  I had doubt about range from sensors which are bluetooth sitting inside freezers to this Gateway device.
  I sat this in a position about mid way to all three , fridge/freezer is upstairs and both chest freezers are in the basement.
  
  The Gateway had no problem hooking up to the Deco router and all three fridge/freezers .
  Easy setup and seems really good quality for a phenomenal price.
  I am extremely pleased and highly reccomend
