  This unit worked as advertised. Despite the small size, it delivers strong electronic impulses. It would help if the instruction pamphlet gave more information about the different modes, and was clearer about which were tens modes and which were EMS modes. I had bought it because I had been dealing with persistant hip/ groin pain for a few months. My assessment after a few weeks is that it may be providing minor help, as pain still persists, but has lesssened. I’ve also started to stretch and exercise more regularly, so it’s hard to be specific about what has caused improvement.
