  Good massage and heating pad. Very easy to use. Soft, comfortable material. You can choose between different massage modes or just use the "auto" feature, which runs through all modes alternatively. The heating feature is quite strong. I usually use it for a few minutes at one time. You can set up the timer at 15, 30 or 60 minutes. I use it a few times a day and it helps a lot, by alleviating pain and stiffness. We liked it so much that we bought a second one, so we do not have to keep switching it between rooms. You can use it on any chair or couch. It has a car adapter also, and my husband does not leave the house without it.
