I fill my old bottom of the pod with my own ground coffee full till the lid pushes it until the lid is below the pods surface. I DO NOT pack it down I leave the coffee fluffy and the lid compacts it. Works perfectly. Great crema (better then this photo). Huge savings and the best part is I can use whatever coffee I want!
