  Fits comfortably over my 32" monitor connected to a table mount. Bright light that instantly relaxed my viewing in my office.
  
  4 Stars because the product is flimsy. Typing on my keyboard slightly wiggles the light back and forth.
  
  Good light settings from warm to cool. Simple on/off button, no adjustment of brightness which I find is great.
  
  Overall, my eyes feel more relaxed and suits my purpose
