  I have always had a problem with cable tv remotes from Shaw when I use rechargeable NMIH batteries. The remote's app always reports that the batteries are almost empty despite the fact I just charged them.
  This problem has disappeared with these lithium rechargeables. In over a week's use, the battery level indicator has only declined by 1 or 2 percent. Haven't had to charge the batteries so can't say how fast it is.
