Hard to find a waste bin in this size. Very hard. This small bin actually fitted into a small place between a bed and a bedside table.

Bin works fine but it is quite clear that the latching mechanism could fail over time. Happily, the seller includes a replacement latch mechanism with your purchase. Unhappily, I lost my replacement mechanism very quickly. Be sure to just keep the replacement mechanism taped to the inside of your bin, so you will be sure to have it if you need it. But the bin opens and closes fine now.

Finally, the bin comes in one color: white.�� That wouldn't work in the small bedroom where bin was placed. I painted my bin with 1) spray primer 2) black spray paint, several counts and 3) a gloss spray after the primer and paint had cured for a week. The bin now looks perfectly where it is.��
