Super great CD, was a bit hesitant to order as the seller for the CD wasn’t listed as Taylor Swift like lots of her other CD’s on 鶹, but this one was cheaper so I went with it! The CD seems like a legit copy to me and came wrapped in plastic. It included the booklet inside with lyrics for each song as well. The case itself for the CD didn’t come scratched or chipped in any spots. I also listened through all the CD on a Blu-Ray DVD player and there was no skips/glitches in it, which is a bonus.

    some people have reported warped records, but luckily, mine arrived in perfect condition. It’s always a risk with vinyl shipping, so it’s something to keep in mind. If you’re a collector or just love Folklore, this is definitely a must-have. The entire album flows so well on vinyl, and tracks like Exile and My Tears Ricochet sound absolutely haunting in this format.

    Overall, a stunning edition of an already incredible album! If you’re a Swiftie or just appreciate beautifully pressed records, this one is worth adding to your collection.

    I absolutely love Taylor Swift and was so excited to get folklore on vinyl. When it arrived I played it right away and thought that it was skipping but it was really just some dust from the cardboard so I would suggest cautiously wiping the record with a dusting cloth before playing it. It was a perfect pressing and I listen to it all the time. This is definitely one of my go-to albums on a rainy day.

    I wish I got the autographed version but I was too late for the party. I waited until this went on sale. It was half price for a few days so I bought it. Now it's back to regular price. Great album. I think it's one of her best albums.

    Taylor Swift's body of work is truly a work of genius. She's a prodigy, rare and precious. I enjoy all of her works, this album in particular is perhaps my favourite. It impresses that she has the ability to appeal to the hearts and souls of many, across many generations. She is so incredibly talented and will go down in the history books alongside the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and many others that leave indelible marks on society. Bravo Taylor!

    Folklore is Taylor's latest album that was released in July. It's a masterpiece. Each and every track on the album is beautiful. The album is indie and wholesome. Taylor's vocals shine through. If you are a fan of RED then this album is a must listen/buy. The album ties with RED as my favorite album from Taylor. I had gotten the stolen lullabies edition of the album from Taylor's site already but i wanted this edition too. I ordered it along with another of Taylor's Cd. A bit bummed cause i ordered the CD thinking i would get the reputation diary too due to the reviews but unfortunately i didn't get the diary. My CD arrived earlier than the expected delivery date (Yay) Ooverall a 10/10 for the album. If you are a Swiftie, it's a must buy. :)

    Taylor Swift is a major talent, always capable of turning out an exceptional tune. But the more she drops down the pop/dance rabbit hole the less she floats my own boat. Until now. Folklore is going to be on the seminal albums of the year, quite probably this bumpy decade. Created under lockdown and a Swift turnaround (pun fully intended) from her last release, the concept intrigued me and does not disappoint. Lots of piano, muted beats and bright splashes of guitar with Swift’s voice floating over, sometimes huskily, sometimes intently sometimes soaring. Cardigan is lodged in my head and will not leave, other tracks make me smile, chill, or feel the intense pleasure and pain of love. Special mention goes to Betty where Swift is successfully channelling great American singer- story tellers, such as Paul Simon and Don McLean.

    Not quite every track is stratospheric and it can get samey at times, but I feel that is the point of the groundhog, lockdown vibe. This really is a record of its times, in every sense. Vocals in LA, most of the music and production in New York State, some of the orchestration coming out of France.

    These are not songs to be played at the back of a bus, busting out of a phone in isolation, but a mature album to fall into on the sofa, as the light fades. And despite being dropped out of the Covid blue onto the internet, Folklore is a champion for physical product. Not exactly a glance back at her Nashville recording roots but it is the kind of album I wish Tori Amos was still making; and that will very much do for me.

    I purchased this along with Evermore as I see them as companion pieces (Evermore is my favourite of the two) but this is stunning as well. My copy is the Gold Vinyl & the colour matches the cover and mood of the LP material perfectly. I had no issues with warps or sound quality. I am not a "Swiftie" but I do appreciate well written and well produced music and both Folklore and Evermore tick all the right boxes for me. I hope her new album is along the same lines as these two companion albums. Very happy with my purchase.
