  • The Find My app is a pre-installed app on Apple devices that allows you to locate eufy SmartTrack using the Find My network. The Find My network can help detect missing devices or items nearby and report their location.

  • Press and hold the button on SmartTrack for 3 seconds until you hear a tone. Open the Find My app, then tap Items > + > Add Other Item. The Find My app will locate your SmartTrack device. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

  • No, it does not have GPS. SmartTrack connects to devices via Bluetooth and reports its location through Apple's Find My network.

  • No, SmartTrack Card is not compatible with Android devices.

  • No, wireless charging is not available. It can only be charged using the included magnetic charging adapter and USB-C cable. Please note that while the adapter and cable are included, the charging plug is not.
