  • Yes, eufyCam E40 is compatible with HomeBase 2 and HomeBase S380.

  • Does eufyCam E40 support Apple HomeKit?

  • In complete darkness (like indoor spaces, enclosed backyards, or low-light suburban areas), using an infrared light is advisable for enhanced clarity.

  • 24/7 recording is supported in Direct Power Mode with a 5V/2A adapter and compatible cable (sold separately). When connected to a router, the camera requires a microSD card; with HomeBase 3, a hard drive must be installed in it.

  • E40's optimal detection angle is 15~20°. Additionally, please adjust the detection sensitivity and go to Motion Detection Settings > Motion Test Mode in the app to configure the best detection range.
