Edge Security, A New Era of Home Protection

S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3)

The video showcases the product in use.The video guides you through product setup.The video compares multiple products.The video shows the product being unpacked.

  • HomeBase 3 is compatible with all eufyCam models, eufy Battery Doorbells (except T8213), and eufy Sensors. It will be compatible with all eufy Security devices by half way through 2023, with the exception of eufy Wired Doorbell.

  • Any hard drive that has a 2.5" size and a SATA interface.

  • Only compatible eufy wired IndoorCam and OutdoorCam connected to Homebase 3 support 24/7 recording.

  • They have three functions:

    1. To charge your camera. The USB 1 port (blue) is recommended for quick charging.

    2. To use a USB flash drive for video backup.

    3. To allow function expansions in the future.

  • 1.Slow to read the data. Wait 2 minutes after installing hard drive to turn on HomeBase 3

    2.Read certain data formats only. Hard drive need to be formatted by HomeBase 3 first

    3.If hard drive is old, too hot, it could be un-readable

*If you choose to use cloud-based features such as cloud storage or push notifications with thumbnail previews, videos or thumbnail previews will be sent to the cloud as needed to provide your selected features.
