  • Yes, it is compatible with HomeBase 3. This setup provides expandable local storage, enhanced AI functionality, cross-device features, and more.However, HomeBase 3 compatibility with Video Call is expected to be available in late November.

  • Ensure you have the latest app (version 4.9.3 or above) and check if the doorbell has received the latest software update. Video Doorbell C31 is a new product, and using the latest app version is necessary for optimal performance.
