I had purchased this ink mainly because in-store ink is expensive (especially the brand) and this seemed like a good deal, especially for next-day shipping, I read the reviews that previously stated this could be an issue and decided to go with it. packing was straightforward, but the first one I tried completely did not read/was recognized by the printer (even with the included steps to try and fix the problem), so I decided to try the other cartridge.

Interestingly enough this one worked instantly, without any issues. I'm guessing it's just the manufacturing line and sometimes they work well and some don't, but after getting in contact with their live chat (kinda hard to find, but its there) they were very quick to begin the process to send another cartridge (I just finished this process 6/11/24, so hopefully if I remember I'll edit this to provide info on the delivery), I will also try to remember to make an edit when I get a chance to actually use the new ink cartridge, when its time and hopefully that its actually delivered.

but basing my review on the ink cartridge that worked, its fine, didn't notice any difference compared to in-store bought brand or generic ink, the highlight was really 2 xl inks for the price of one, but right now it really 1 XL ink for the price of 1 normal ink if you think about it.

hopefully, this helps someone who was in my shoes and trying to decide to buy this or not, kinda of taking a risk, but that's kinda of all �鶹�� products I feel. also, I ordered the double 63 xl ink, for my HP 4520 printer.
