This isn’t my first time taking Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate, and there’s a reason I keep it in my supplement routine. When I used it before, I noticed a real difference in my mental clarity, sleep quality, and general calm — and now that I’ve started again with Just Glow’s version, I feel like I’m back on track. This form of magnesium is different from regular magnesium — it’s been developed by MIT scientists and is specially designed to cross the blood-brain barrier.     Every person will react differently to each supplement. My results with this magnesium l-threonate are noticeable.

    After taking this for about a month, I found noticeable improvement in sleep quality and quantity. I woke up more rested consistently, and slept longer when I took 3 of these capsules.

    The medicinal ingredient label on the bottle says 144mg magnesium l-threonate in a serving, and it says to take 3 capsules.

    Some other non-Magtein magnesium products give me stomach upset, but not with this Magtein product. I found taking 3 capsules gave me no stomach upset at all.

    The capsules are a size 3 on a scale of 1 to 5, making them easy to take all three at a time. There's no strong smell from the capsules.

    This magnesium l-threonate has a NPN number, approving it for sale in Canada by Health Canada. I can't speak to how rigorous the agency's testing is, but at least another set of eyes have been on this product before it was sold.

    I did get a positive benefit from this personally. With the better sleep, everything improves slightly like alertness, clarity, calmness and mood.

    At the bottles' recommended 3 capsules a day, it will last 1 month.

    Considering the price, noticeable effect, and how long a bottle lasts, I would order again for myself.

    I have been using other magnesium supplements and thought I would try this through the vine program. I always find that taking magnesium at bedtime helps me sleep, reduces muscle spasms, and relaxes me.

    This supplement has been created by MIT for better absorption and has been third party tested for quality which to me is always good. Any quality supplements will be third party tested.

    I have taken the entire month's worth now and I would say that it’s as good if not better than others I have used. You take 3 caplets which is more caplets than I took with the previous brand that I had. Both brand had a month worth of pills to take just one bottle you take more to get the same amount is all. I am not a scientist so really can’t say anything to that.

    I would say that the magnesium delivers on quality and works well. I found no issues transitioning to the different brand so this tells me it’s made with the same quality ingredients as the last one I tried.

    These are good and I would recommend.

    I take magnesium daily due to its health benefits. There are several types of magnesium. This on is L-Threonate. In research different types of magnesium I found that I like the benefits that L-Threonate has. In particular it is said to support cognitive health and ideal brain function, reduces stress and enhances sleep quality, and may reverse age-related cognitive decline.

    I ordered Just Glow Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate 2,000mg (144mg Elemental Magnesium per 3-Capsule Serving) | 90 Capsules | Made in Canada | 1 Month Supply for several reasons:

    Pros
    -Made in Canada (a must for me with supplements)
    -Vegan ad non-GMO - a must for me
    -It is gluten free which I don't care about but I know is important for many people.
    -The dosage is excellent 144mg Elemental Magnesium per 3-capsule serving
    -It is made by a small business
    -The packaging was very secure and tamper-proof.
    -The product also has an NPN number which is unique identifier given to natural health products authorized for sale in Canada.

    Cons
    -The instructions say to take 3 capsules daily in divided doses—1 capsule in the mid-afternoon and 2 capsules one hour before sleep. Honestly, I find this to be difficult so I just take it at night.
    -It's on the expensive side. If you take the recommended 3 capsules a day it comes to $1.33 a day. Having said that, I do find that L-Threonate to be the more expensive of the magnesium types.

    I'd highly recommend this because magnesium is a mineral many of us are lacking and this one support the nervous system and muscle function. Note - Magnesium is one of seven essential macrominerals.

    I just opened the bottle yesterday and it is the first time I have used this brand of Magnesium. I have been taking Magnesium Threonate for close to year, and I have tried other products from Just Glow and I have been happy with them all. this is no exception. Everything is as I expected it.

    This magnesium is easy to take. It is a direct replacement for my last brand. I take 2 a day so this is a 45 day supply for me, and for the price <i am very happy with it.

    I used to take bisglycinate, but threonate passes the blood brain barrier better, and unlike oxilate and cheaper forms this will support the 300+ bodily functions that Magnesium is required for without loosening stools or other unpleasant or unexpected... 'bonuses'.

    Just Glow is a trusted brand in my home. I think they offer a great price at a comparable cost to other brands.

    Definitely recommended.

    Pros:

    - Magnesium L-threonate is one of the best absorbed forms, and this one provides 144 mg of elemental magnesium per serving which is decent compared to other brands I've tried.

    - The capsules are medium sized and I found them easy to swallow. No aftertaste and I didn't notice any side effects like stomach upset which is a big plus since other magnesium types sometimes bother me.

    - I like that it comes with a full month supply in one bottle. You get 90 capsules so you don’t have to reorder too often. The instructions are clear about how to split the dosage during the day, which is helpful for getting the most out of it.

    Cons:

    - It's definitely on the more expensive side compared to other forms of magnesium, so not the best choice if you're mainly looking for the cheapest option.
