Note 1: [Regarding Overheating] This product features an aluminum housing design with excellent heat dissipation properties. Therefore, elevated surface temperatures (heating) are normal. Equipped with NTC temperature monitoring, this product ensures heat remains within safe limits, preventing damage to the device.
Note 2: [25W Charging Not Achieved] The lower the battery level, the higher the charging power. 25W is not zero charging; it can charge for 8-10 minutes. This effect is more pronounced when the battery level is below 20%. As the battery approaches 80%, the charging power gradually decreases. As the phone's battery level increases, the system automatically reduces charging power to protect the battery. Therefore, a slight drop in power during testing is normal.
