Why can't my phone connect to the Wi-Fi on the dash cam?

Due to a small number of compatibility isues, if the app and dash cam are unable to connect, please switch off your phone's cellular data first and then try again.
How do you use the dash camera's parking mode?

You wll need to instal the hardwire kit, which can be purchased with the extra ASIN: B0BV2CJ5SW. Set the Parking Mode when you first use the camera, and thereafter it will automatically enter Parking Mode every time the car is turned off.
Can I disable the DMS feature when I don't wish to use it?

Yes, you can. When you require its use, select the appropriate setting to activate it, or deactivate it as needed.
Can I view the recording directly on the dash cam, or must I export it to a computer?

You can view the video directly on the dash cam, or via the App. Additionally, you have the option to export it to your computer for viewing.
Do I need to purchase a memory card to use this car camera?

This dash cam supports memory cards up to 256GB in size. A free 64GB card is included with the dash cam.

Even after using a variety of dash cams over the years, I found myself genuinely impressed by the versatility and practicality of this 4-channel dash cam system. It reminded me a lot of the Tesla Cam’s multi-view setup, which I’ve always admired—but this one delivers similar functionality without the Tesla price tag.

First Impressions – Sleek, Solid, and Well-Built
Right out of the box, I was struck by the dash cam’s refined design and sturdy build quality. The materials feel premium, and the structure is thoughtfully engineered—a far cry from the bulky or flimsy dash cams I’ve used before. Installation was surprisingly straightforward, and I had the system up and running in no time.

True 360-Degree Coverage That Gives Peace of Mind
What sets this system apart is its true 4-channel capability—front, rear, and both sides, offering complete 360° coverage of my vehicle. I mounted the left-side camera to capture the side mirror and blind spot, and did the same on the right. The video quality is excellent, delivering sharp detail in all four angles.

I even tested the nighttime performance on both the front and rear cameras, and was genuinely surprised to see that I could still read license plates from 8 to 10 meters away in very low light conditions. That level of clarity in the dark is rare and extremely valuable in the event of an accident or incident.
