Quality is good but not the best. This is a great STEM toy to help the kids learn how to assemble. It is simple and straightforward for most of the part. There are area that needing the adult to help especially for the screw and direction of the board. It is not 100% easy to follow sometimes. The screws need to be straight or the board would break like one of the photos. For the race car, there is no remote. Just put in the batteries and turn it on then it will keep goes forward. I can't change the batteries if I cover the top line the instruction, so the design is a little bit not perfect. For a simple STEM toy, I think this is excellent and great.

I got this kit for my 5-year-old, knowing it’s technically meant for older kids, but with some help, they were still able to enjoy it. We worked on the simpler models together, and it turned into a fun bonding activity. The pieces are made from wood and feel decent in quality—nothing too flimsy—and everything fit together pretty well. That said, this probably isn't a great choice for younger kids to do on their own—there are small screws, and the instructions can be a bit tricky at times. Definitely better with adult supervision or for kids a little older.
Overall, it's a creative and screen-free way to keep kids engaged. Just know it's a little advanced for the younger ones, but not impossible with help.

This stem kit for car and plane models is a wooden laser cut kit. Of the ones we tried there were no splinters when popping out the pieces. But some pieces had narrow areas so kid will still need some parental help. My only qualm with the kit is because there are 6 of them to build, be prepared with batteries!!! It did say 5+ but I don't think a 5 or 6yo has the fine motor skills for these screws.

This 6 in 1 STEM kit is so much fun to work with!

All of the vehicle parts come in their own respective bags making it easy to grab one from the box and start assembling!

Some of the wires will need to be cut and stripped of casing to connect the wires together. For wire assembly, children under 10 will have a very hard time if unassisted.

The battery powered and solar powered vehicles all work properly if wired correctly so if yours is not working, check your wiring!

Really awesome wooden toy building kit. They take me about 20-30 minutes each and are very fun to race and use. They are a bit finicky and the wood is a bit sensitive though overall it's a good quality. Batteries are not included which is whatever, though whatever the instructions say with hooking wiring up the motor, switch the cables so it will drive forward than backwards?
