NOTE: Not suitable for 3.5QT mixers.Fits all for KitchenAid Bowl-Lift Stand Mixers except the following 5, 5.5 and 6 Quart models - 5KPM5, 5K5, 4KSM5, K5SS, KSM5, KSM50, KSM500, 3KSM5, 9KSM5, and KSM450. Please confirm your model before order
MAKING: Place the ice cream maker in the freezer at 0°F for 16-24 hours, install the drive assembly on the mixer, turn on the power, and then introduce the ice cream liquid into the freezer bowl. In 30 minutes you'll have a dense and creamy homemade ice cream. NOTE: Do not stop stirring until ice cream is formed. If you stop, the ice cream may refrigerator to the inner wall and prevent the drive assembly from rotating
INSTALLATION:Port A of the drive unit is for 4.5QT/5QT Tilt-Head stand mixers and port B is for 6QT or larger Bowl-Lift stand mixers. When not in use, store the freezer bowl at room temperature. Do not leave the freezer bowl in the freezer for long time
