The following may react with ALLEGRA 24 HR: Antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium hydroxide, as they may alter the effectiveness of ALLEGRA 24 HR. Do not take within 2 hours of taking an antacid. Do not take with fruit juices. Like all medicines, ALLEGRA 24 HR can cause unwanted effects. Common side effects that may occur include headache, nausea, sleepiness, fatigue, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, abdominal pain, lightheadedness, dry eye and sleeplessness.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Fexofenadine hydrochloride 120 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, iron oxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, colloidal silicon dioxide, pregelatinized starch, titanium dioxide.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 tablet (120 mg) once daily with a glass (250 ml) of water. Do not use for a long period of time unless advised by a doctor.
