This works really well cleaning/mapping both my upstairs and downstairs. I love it but it did have some initial battery issues and the app can be a bit buggy sometimes.
I almost returned it in the first couple days because it would not charge and would immediately die after slipping off of the dock no matter what it said the charge was and how long it charged for. Unplugging and re-plugging the battery fixed that (a hard/full reset may help also, but I didn't have to do that). The run-time still seemed a bit short for another day or two but now it can run over >75 minutes on hard floors and >50 minutes on carpet before needing to re-charge. The app will also occasionally (one or twice a week) stop showing live views of the cleaning on the app and saving the new runs to the cleaning history ... but restarting the Roomba fixes that. I'm hoping some of the issues with the app are improved over time.
Apart from the initial setup issues, the Roomba is working great. The mapping works really well, and it does a great job keeping the house clean. I have it scheduled to automatically clean a few different rooms every night. It also works well for a 2nd floor after making a map for it. I just have to carry it upstairs, put it down anywhere, and after cleaning the rooms I select on the app it returns the original location that it started from.
