  • Use genuine 3M VHB tape for optimal adhesion. First, clean the dashboard surface thoroughly. Then, press the base down firmly for 1 minute. Allow it to set undisturbed for 48 hours before mounting.

  • This wireless charger is designed primarily for iPhones with magnetic wireless charging capabilities, starting with iPhone 12. Avoid using thick (over 2.5 mm) or non-magnetic cases as they might hinder charging efficiency.

  • It's normal for the charger to get slightly warm, especially during prolonged gaming or streaming sessions. This charger complies with EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1 standards, ensuring its safety.

  • For optimal wireless charging, use the original car charger accessories. A minimum of 20W output is required for 15W charging, and at least 10W output is needed for 7.5W charging.

  • After confirming compatibility with your dashboard, pick a flat area large enough for the base (93*63mm) that won't block your view. Test the position by temporarily placing the mount. Then, remove the protective film and secure the base.
