  3. Why does the step stool wobble after setup?

    We designed larger install holes for easy setup. Tighten all screws to reduce wobble. If the armrest wobbles, stand on the stool first to avoid over moving.

    My step stool has misaligned legs and some steel bars are bent. What should I do?

    Please check your setup method (see product page video). If correct, but the problem exists, it may be shipping damage - we'll prioritize replacement.

    My step stool has a strong rubber smell. Is it harmful?

    The rubber parts are safe. The smell comes from airtight shipping packaging. You can place it in a ventilated area.
